Hi, I'm Manuela!
I believe in inclusive and global design, bringing everyone a little bit of joy with every shape, texture, color and intentional creations. I design functional and aesthetic products that adapt to each culture and individual, as well as a closer relationship with nature and its resources.
Creativity and imagination should reach every corner of the world, and for this I design products that inspire others to explore, imagine and enjoy.
I am a designer with a B.F.A in Industrial Design from The Savannah College of Art and Design. Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, I am passionate about art and design as an influencer inside communities and individuals, enabling them to live better and happier lives. After two years in college back in Colombia and an intensive summer program at Parsons in NYC, I decided to explore a new path at SCAD, in order to learn from other cultures and creative thinkers. Tradition, culture, color, shape and the aesthetics of joy are some of the most important criteria when I'm designing, in order to really impact somebody else’s life.
